Inaugural Jerusalem Symposium – Feb 2011

ASF held its first Avi Symposium in Jerusalem on February 27, 2011. The standing room only crowd of around 200 students and professionals had the opportunity to hear from distinguished scholars, exceptional thinkers, policy makers, and activists in Israeli society on the themes of Israel and the North American College campuses.

The speakers included member of Knesset, Einat Wilf, prime minister spokesman, Mark Regev, Yossi Klien HaLevi of the Shalom Hartman Institute, Professor Gil Troy. Co- sponsors for this first symposium included the Reut Institute, Hillel Israel, StandWithUs, and MASA.
